What will I need for this relaxation practice?

1. bed or matt
Once you buy this practice, lie on your back on the floor or ground for more grounding, or on your bed for more comfort. Of course, allow your body to work for you. At this point, find a comfortable position for your neck and waist, and use a pillow if needed.

2. your mobile phone & your headphones
Listen to this practice with your headphones.

3. absolute silence
make sure that there will be no noise around you for the next 21 minutes.

4. 21 minutes of personal time & space
ask the people around you to leave you alone and not bother you for as long as this practice lasts. Teach them how important self-care is and encourage them to create their own personal time.

This practice is suitable for most.
– If for any reason you find it difficult to get up from the floor, lie on your bed.
