Terms and conditions of purchase

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the goods and services sold by the company with the name “A.M. Tsoukaneli lTD..”, located in Voula, Athinaidos street , no. 8, with ΤΙΝ number 095769736, tel. 2108994165, email: wellbeing@wellnessnaturale. com, from its online shop wellnessnaturale. com (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Online Shop’). These terms are subject to change. It is your responsibility to read them regularly, as the terms in force at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract shall apply.

2. Register or Login

The user of the e-shop (hereinafter “User” or “Customer”) is given the opportunity to register in the e-shop before starting the order submission process for security reasons. For the registration or connection of the User to the online store only his/her full name, contact telephone number, date of birth and email are required. This information remains strictly confidential. By registering you grant your consent to the online store to use this information to send you updates on new products or services and offers. The user is entitled at any time to cancel his/her registration from the address/email list by sending an email to in order to request the deletion or modification of the personal data held.

3. Preparation of a contract

3.1. Submitting an online order The order of products and / or services is submitted by completing and sending the special Order Form available in the online store. By submitting the order, the Customer accepts that he/she has read and accepted the terms of purchase. The Customer expressly and unconditionally declares that prior to placing the order he/she has taken note of the following information in a clear and comprehensible manner:

i. The basic characteristics of the products and/or services ordered, as described on the e-shop page. The Customer must check each relevant characteristic before placing his/her order, so as not to maintain any doubt about the characteristics and properties of the products and/or services ordered. The online store is not liable in the event that the Customer has failed to be adequately informed about the above.

ii. The total price of the products and/or services in the order, including VAT, any other charges and all additional charges for shipping, delivery or postage and any other expenses.

iii. The means of payment, delivery, performance, but also the time limit within which the online store undertakes to deliver the goods or provide the services. The online store will make every effort to complete your order within the estimated time indicated in the payment method and in any case within 10 days at the latest. However, delays may occur in unforeseen circumstances or depending on the delivery area (inaccessible areas).

iv. Any restrictions regarding delivery and the means of payment.

v. The conditions, the exceptions, the deadline and the procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal and the obligation to charge the Customer with the direct cost of returning the products to the online store, in case of withdrawal.

vi. The existence of the e-shop’s liability for actual defects and lack of agreed qualities according to articles 534 et seq. of the Greek Civil Code. Sending the order to the online store is an offer to purchase the ordered goods and a declaration of acceptance of all the colours described in the order.

3.2. Confirmation of receipt of the electronic order – Preparation of the sale The order is not binding for the online store before the Customer receives the confirmation of acceptance of the order. If your order is not accepted and the money has already been deducted from your account, then it will be refunded in full in the way you chose to pay for your order.

3. Cash on delivery (supported only on physical products)
Payment of your order by cash on delivery at the place you indicate to us at the time we receive your order, we can inform you by email, sms on your mobile phone or by phone for the day we will deliver your order, the time as well as the exact value of your order.

4. Credit Card Charge
By charging the Credit or Debit Card that you will register in our online store with the placement of your order. Accepted cards are those that appear available as an option in the online ordering system. In the order form you must fill in the requested credit or debit card details of which you are the beneficiary, for which you are solely responsible for the correct recording and truthfulness of these details. The use of a third party credit card is not permitted. The above data is processed by our online store in compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data of Law 4624/2019 and the European Regulation, as applicable. In the case of payment by credit or debit card, the data communicated to the competent bank (e.g. credit card number) are entered directly on the secure page of the partner bank and are not registered in our database, thus ensuring the maximum possible level of security. In case of non-payment by credit or debit card, you are obliged to pay for your order by bank deposit to the company’s bank account with the number 5407007593873 which is held at Piraeus bank ,name of beneficiary REPRESENTATIONS-IMPORTS-EXPORTS-TRADE A.M. 4. Product availability

The Customer is informed about the availability of products through indications placed on the page of each product or service in the online store. The online store reserves the availability of its products if they are not available at the time of the order. Non-availability of an order part: If the unavailability concerns only part of the ordered products of the order, the rest of the order is executed as normal, unless the Customer declares that the partial execution of the order does not serve his/her needs or interests, in which case the online store must cancel the entire order.

5. Order Delivery – Shipping Methods

Subject to the above clause 4 on the availability of the Products and subject to exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort for prompt Delivery to the place specified by the Customer.

Orders will be executed within 2 working days after payment. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days. For the shipment of orders we use a partner courier company.

Delivery Days
We have set delivery days from Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on public holidays and national holidays. Where deliveries will be made We deliver anywhere in mainland and island Greece. In remote – inaccessible areas that are not included in the courier network – there is a separate billing tariff. Deliveries are made anytime from 10:00 am to 17:30 pm. You need to make sure you have the correct details for the delivery of your order.

We cannot take responsibility for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details that you fill in on your order. In addition to the main entrance, delivery of your order can be made to the door of an apartment (±1) floor in relation to the main entrance of the address, or to the door of an apartment on any floor if there is a lift of sufficient capacity and in operation.

Any damage caused to the site, to the transported items, by the transported items, or during transport to the delivery point is the responsibility of the recipient and he accepts the legal responsibilities and obligations arising from this.

 

6. Returns and Cancellation Policy

i. Right of withdrawal from distance contracts under Law 2251/1994 (as in force) – Return of products The Customer can easily return the products he has purchased from the online store because he has simply changed his mind, within fourteen (14) days from receipt. The Customer can send them at his own expense to the address of the online store as detailed on the contact page.

In particular, the Customer has the above right to return a product purchased from the online store without stating the reasons, subject to the following terms and conditions:

(a) Within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from delivery, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the sale (hereinafter “Withdrawal”).

(b) This withdrawal is unjustified and the Customer must return the product exactly in the perfect condition in which it was received. In particular, the returned product must not have been used, must be in perfect condition, exactly as it was before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam etc.) which must not have any tears or damage/alterations) and with all the contents of the original packaging. In addition, in order for the product to be accepted for return, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are reflected on the purchase document.

(c) The return of the item is accepted only if the Customer has previously paid any amount charged by the online store for sending the product to him/her and the shipping costs for its return.

(d) The declaration of withdrawal shall be made in writing to sales@wellnessnaturale. com and the online store is obliged to confirm in writing the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it has received it.

(e) Following the declaration of withdrawal, the online store is obliged to reimburse the Customer for the price received. The online store shall not be liable for the time and manner of execution of the counter-bill, which is regulated by the contract concluded between the issuing bank and the Customer.

(f) A product that was sold with an additional gift must be returned with the additional gift.

ii. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal under par. 
The right of withdrawal pursuant to article 4 § 10 of Act No. 2251/1994 does not apply: – Products which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery. – Products that have been used. – Sealed products, which were unsealed after delivery. – Service contracts (e-products, membership, wellness courses, etc.) after the purchase and provision of the service.

iii. Cancellation policy In case of cancellation of the customer’s order for the following categories of products – services, the online store lists the cancellation policy as follows:

Workshops (live online or with physical presence) Cancellation before 20 to 10 days : full refund – before 10 to 2 days : 50% refund The online store reserves the right for certain workshops due to their nature and the need to organize them not to provide a right of return. In this case the customer will be informed in writing.

Wellness Events Cancellation before 8 hours : full refund Cancellation before 2 hours : 50% refund

Wellness Retreats & Holidays (service packages, special practices and offers online services, physical presence at the Company’s premises, services for hotel guests) Cancellation before 20 to 10 days : full refund – before 10up to 5 days : 50% refund – before 3 days : 25% of the service price is withheld The online store reserves the right to the hotel’s refund policy for this category of services, which may vary. In any case, the online store will inform the user in writing of any variation in the return policy.

Services – Online Services, Services for hotel guests, services, and physical presence at the Company’s premises
Cancellation before 4 hours: full refund, otherwise 20,00 Euro retention.

Service packages – Special offers
The client reserves the right to cancel a service package before the second session is completed. In this case, the corresponding price of one session will be retained and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Cancellations of orders for services, Wellness Retreats & Holidays, Wellness Events, Workshops, Service Packages are made in writing by sending an e-mail to wellness@wellnessnaturale. com or by contacting the customer service of wellnessnatural. com by phone at tel.2108994165.

In case of untimely cancellation of the order the customer will be charged with the respective cost.
In case of cancellation of your order for any reason, the process of releasing the corresponding amount to the balance of the credit card you used to pay for the specific order starts within two working days from the date of cancellation and is completed according to the release procedure followed by the issuer of your credit card banking institution.

7. Liability for actual defects or lack of agreed properties

In case of liability of the e-shop for an actual defect, the Customer has the right to choose: a) to demand, without charge, the correction or replacement of the product with another, unless such an action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs or b) to withdraw from the sales contract, unless it is a minor actual defect. In order for a property to be considered as agreed, it must be agreed in writing. If the Customer chooses to correct or replace the product, the COMPANY must carry out the correction or replacement within a reasonable time. Limitation of liability: The online store does not provide any warranty, nor does it guarantee protection for the suitability of the product sold for any particular purpose. The Company through the online store provides well-being advice and improvement of one’s physical and mental condition, in no way provides medical advice or disease treatments, nor does it replace your treating physician and the medication you may be taking. The Company will take all necessary measures by carrying out an assessment before including the person concerned in group or individual sessions, but in all cases the person concerned is responsible for inclusion and participation.

8. Final Provisions

Contracts through the e-shop are governed by European and Greek law, in particular by the legislation regulating issues related to e-commerce, distance selling and consumer protection. Similarly, the site of our e-shop has been created and is controlled by the company and Greek Law will guide the use of the site and its interpretation. Any dispute arising from the contractual relationship between the e-shop and the Customer, the competent courts of Piraeus are responsible for its resolution. The present terms have the status of information under clause 3b of Law 2251/1994 (as in force).
